I was using the PortableApps.com Updater, when I got errors when downloading the updates: this happened with Opera, Opera (Test), and GIMP. All said "File not found" with the error URL. My guess is that the URL was wrong in the INI.
Please fix it.

I've had this same issue for Opera.
PortableApps.com Advocate
It was an issue in the updater database. It's working now.
