Why SQLite Database browser and not SQLite Spy that's alredy portable and really better?

P.S. I'm not polemical, just a question.

Open Source

SQLite Database Browser is open source, so we can repackage and host it on SourceForge without issue. And it's free for personal and commercial use. Even though the original author hasn't updated it in a while, since it is open source, we're hoping someone else can pick it up and continue development.

SQLite Spy may be portable but it's not in PA.c Format. It'd need to be in PA.c Format, which would either require the publisher doing it or permission from the publisher, then hosted on a paid server (not SourceForge, since it is closed source) before it can be listed.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
