Are you referring to Zach's post? I'm fairly confident in saying that he's probably calling for a known/confirmed spambot user account to be removed. Since this site doesn't have private messaging, making a forum post is the easiest way to communicate.
We don't publicly demand legitimate users to be banned here.
yes my post was about the removal of a spam bot account, I removed the post but I have no ability to remove the account, limitations of my moderator powers.
