PAF s work with eSATA and FireWire devices?

the only thing I found here was this thread https://portableapps.com/node/4718 but did not answer it. No luck with Google either. If PAF s work, then u should change all ur pages' title ''X | PortableApps.com - Portable software for USB drives'' to reflect that, just saying.

PS are old threads auto locked after certain time? Cuz in gave thread, I couldn't reply/post to it

Everything

They work with anything that shows up as a drive letter. USB drives, SATA, firewire, memory cards, cloud drives, etc.

Not Exactly

We don't support it directly. And several of the apps and most of the launchers don't play nice with UNC.

interesting...

I use about two dozen apps on a regular basis. There's probably another 12 more that I either tried and didn't like or replaced with one of my current apps. I haven't encountered any so far that had a problem with UNC paths.

I should be clear: PAM/Platform=THAT MENU in Sys Tray

Even tho, I not so much know what's a freaking cloud dive and how/where do u go to create those kinds...??? I mean would/how would u install PAM (like 2.0b5) for a cloud drive...

And I hope u get less grinchy and grouchy next year, John Wink Merry Xmas every1 !!

What I said

What I already said Smile As long as it shows up as a drive letter (or even a path) you can have apps on it. A cloud drive is something like DropBox where you store files in the cloud and then they sync to the local PC somewhere, for example. Or something that lets you may an FTP or other account to a drive letter. If it shows up as a drive letter and Windows understands it as such, it'll work with PortableApps.com apps and the platform.

And I'm not being grouchy... just picking on you for making me repeat myself Blum Didn't realize you didn't know what a cloud drive was. I gotta stop assuming.
