Just when I used it on a portable hard drive, the audio library didn't update the drive letters.

Language handling is not all that's needed yet in my launcher. Take a look at help.html, you'll see it's just a few variable replacements - /%LANG(CODE[23]?|GLIBC|ID|WINNAME)%/. Support for languages will be a bit better in the first release of the PortableApps.com Launcher. I personally haven't used language switching in any of my applications using my launcher, although I could have with a couple of them. Before any of them get to official release I will though, I expect.

I made a tester, to deal with the Classes registry keys.
This is not at all a full development release, BUT JUST TO TEST THE REGISTRY KEYS.
PLEASE RUN THIS IN A VIRTUAL MACHINE
It works fine on my Windows XP, but just to make sure it works on all machines !
