It will be released here some time after it is officially announced by Mozilla

I believe it has been officially announced... http://www.firefox.com/ is already linking to the v4 download.
Hey guys is it possible to upgrade to firefox 4 without having to lose my initial 3.6 version...
Just install it to a different directory, then you'll have both.
And here's the announcement on The Mozilla Blog: http://blog.mozilla.com/blog/2011/03/22/mozilla-launches-firefox-4-and-d...
And now John has to package it and test it. I'm sure it will be out soon.

It's already building. In the future, you can monitor all releases here:

Also, please don't link to that illegal package of Firefox.

My copy of Firefox 4 RC 2 (non-portable) isn't updating. The last time it updated was Friday. The Firefox website and about window say it's up to date. So is the announcement just a few days behind or what?

RC2 *is* final. A release candidate is just that... a build that should be final but may not be, and it won't be decided until a bunch of people start using it as if it were the final version. RC1 was the same thing but a problem was found. So, final is just RC2. Every release of Firefox has worked this way.
