Firefox 4 Portable *final*

hi there,

can anyone say when the stable ff4 portable version will be released here?

it seems there are some "pre-releases"?

my copy isn't updating

My copy of Firefox 4 RC 2 (non-portable) isn't updating. The last time it updated was Friday. The Firefox website and about window say it's up to date. So is the announcement just a few days behind or what?

RC2 *is* final. A release candidate is just that... a build that should be final but may not be, and it won't be decided until a bunch of people start using it as if it were the final version. RC1 was the same thing but a problem was found. So, final is just RC2. Every release of Firefox has worked this way.
