Those are not errors, they are warnings. You can ignore them.
There is no need to use NSIS Portable (ANSI). You only need NSIS Portable (which is Unicode).
If it's not creating the launcher, there's some other error - if you paste the whole log it's easy to find the problem. If it is creating the launcher though then there's nothing wrong.

I can ignore these, as you said, warning. But when you start a file created PortableApps.comLauncher.exe out a message that says that the App / AppName / AppNameMeu.exe can not be found

You need to configure the PortableApps.com Launcher with the App\AppInfo\Launcher directory of your package. Read the documentation for more information on that.

It's all on the download page of the launcher. More details, incl. examples can be found in the development section (link in the top menu). And feel free to ask for any specific problem in the development forum. Sometimes the search can help, too, if you are looking for a specific solution.
I have after I created a launcher program and run it out a mistake that App / AppName / AppNameMenu.exe not found. Folder named AppName is not created. Can I do something wrong?
