IrfanView Portable is a fast, compact and innovative graphic viewer for Windows supporting pictures, vector graphics, animated images, movies, icon files and much more. It's packaged in Format so it can easily integrate with the Suite. It is freeware for personal and educational use.

IrfanView Portable is packaged in a Installer so it will automatically detect an existing installation when your drive is plugged in. It supports upgrades by installing right over an existing copy, preserving all settings. And it's in Format, so it automatically works with the Suite including the Menu and Backup Utility.

Nice to see one of my favorite programs on PortableApps. For the extra overhead ... please include the plugins. You have other portable apps where the installer is bigger than this app plus plugins.

As with the local install of IrfanView, the plugins are optional and left to the user to install. They'll work with the portable version as well. If Irfan decides to bundle the plugins with the standard IrfanView installer, we'll do the same for the portable one.
