Maxthon Portable download problem.
Inside the portable software "PA.c Platform 'Next' Pre-Release 3", the updater whant to download a 30 meg file = "Maxthon Portable 3.1.8.1000". It try two times, and display an error that it cant install.
P.S. Why is 30 meg for Maxthon Portable 3.1.8.1000 ?
Instead of 17 meg at = "https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/maxthon_portable"

I've fixed the issue in the updater database. The file hash hadn't been updated. The download and install size numbers on the site and in the updater database were out of date as well. The download is about 31MB and it's about 100MB installed.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
