Focus Writer Portable

Regards.
The zip file does not create its own folder ie 'FocusWriter ...'
Or
The file be converted to " .paf.exe" format.

NB:

On this page all the help links do not open in New-Tab or new window which are problem to completeting the post.
In all discussion groups I have participated till now all the supporting links open in new window.

I'm not quite shure if I

I'm not quite shure if I understood your post right. Where did you get the zip? On the FocusWriter Portable page the download link points to a paf.exe on sourceforge. There is a zip file on the base app's homepage, but that is not in PortableApps format. You can find a direct link to the FocusWriter Portable page there, too (under Packages=>PortableApps.com).

btw. in all forums I have participated til now, supporting links are handled very differently - from opening new windows to opening in the same window to opening iFrames in the same window... A solution for firefox: use the middle mouse button. Wink

More than just FireFox:

Depp JonesA solution for firefox: use the middle mouse button.;)

Firefox, Chrome, Opera, & IE (7 or newer) all support using the Middle Mouse Button to open Links in a New Tab, and if you happen to be using a mouse with only two buttons you can use Ctrl+Click (or Shift+Click in older versions of Opera).

P.S.: In case somebody who doesn't already know this reads the above recommendations, most Computer Mice with a Scroll Wheel use it as the Middle Mouse Button (just press the whole thing like a button 8)).
