How do I disable notifications of my own replies to topics?

Ive searched my forum settings high and low,and cant seem to disable my account from notifying me every time I make a comment somewhere.

Am I missing some check box somewhere?or is it an option that needs to be configured for each individual thread?

Left sidebar, "My aacount",

Left sidebar, "My aacount", "Subscriptions". "Delivery of notifications" enable/disable notifications generally, under settings you can chack, which ones you like to recieve.

Damn the setting I was looking for was right there in the main settings menu.I already went into settings when I setup my account.Guess I overlooked that since it is always collapsed

So for turning off simply go to

1) Left sidebar
2) "My aacount"
3) "settings"
4) "Notify poster of own posts"

Thanks for your help,I knew I wasnt looking hard enough
