I keep getting this result from clamwin portable:

Is this a false positive? It must be because none of the antivirs at jotti recognizes it.

Unless this only occurs in the Portable version of Clamwin, you should report false positives to the original developer of Clamwin at www.clamwin.com because only they can do something about it.
