I have searched everywhere, and not everywhere is trustable or the right thing (Usually in parts - there could be a reason I'm not sure :/ )

I am not sure if you know the difference between a 'need' and a 'want'; however, if you want free &/or open-source portable alternatives you can get

2)VLMC Portable - https://portableapps.com/node/23608 (However this portable release is about 2 years old)
3)AviDemux Portable - http://www.videohelp.com/tools/AviDemux (This is the latest version from their website
If you need help with those software you can either do a Google search, use YouTube, or go to the service providers site.
You do know that there are legal ways to get the benefits of commercial software - E.g. Opensource software
