I look for this page:

about MP3Gain Portable. I read the reason why it could not be portable. It writes that it use admin rights. But i can use this program perfect (with all functions) without admin rights.
Can somebody explain it please?

There's a specific component included that needs to be registered. It requires admin rights on most (but not all) machines to do this. Once it's been registered once by ANY app, it will work with all apps on that machine regardless of how you are logged in.
