When I run Firefox Portable, a Mozilla folder is created under %APPDATA% with the following structure:
%APPDATA%
->Mozilla
-->Extensions
-->Firefox
--->Crash Reports
---->InstallTime20120312181643 (file)
Its not personal information however how can I stop it?

Those folders are deleted once you close your copy of Firefox. If they exist before you launch your portable firefox, they are backed up so you dont mess with a local install.
Did you check while Firefox was runing or afterwards?

You are correct. The folder is deleted after closing Firefox Portable. I didn't notice Firefox was open when I saw that folder. Thanks.
