I can confirm this. The NSIS integrity check fails. The MD5 sums don't match too. The first MD5 is the one retrieved from the LibreOffice Portable page and the second is the downloaded MD5.

I am having the same problem. The error message says...
"Installer integrity check has failed. Common causes include incomplete download and damaged media. Contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy. More information at: http://nsis.sf.net/NSIS_Error"
Update: Problem solved in this post.
