Can you please guide me how to make TeamViewer delete its ns*.tmp folder with Registry dll in system %TEMP% folder, upon exiting? It doesn't even use the system registry afaik, so I'm stuck how to fix it.

Cause I'm not too experienced in this yet.
All I can see now they build this PAF version by themselves, it's not released by PortableApps.com I guess.
Nobody wants to help
So here is what I did to solve this:
1) Downloaded the latest PortableApps.com Launcher 2.2:
https://portableapps.com/apps/development/portableapps.com_launcher
2) Made a file App\AppInfo\Launcher\TeamViewerPortable.ini with the following content:
[Launch]
ProgramExecutable=teamviewer\TeamViewer.exe
WorkingDirectory=%PAL:AppDir%\teamviewer
DirectoryMoveOK=yes
[Activate]
Registry=true
3) Generated a new launcher TeamViewerPortable.exe
The leftovers are no longer present
Verdict: I love PortableApps.com
