Chrome Portable Weird Bug

Hello guys! I'm using chrome portable at school on my USB flash drive since we can't download normal chrome, and that i hate to use Explorer. One day, I was using chrome and then it crashed. I clicked on the shortcut again and it said it couldn't found the path. So i go and check in folders, and i see alot of weird files and i cannot delete/paste anything on my USB. I have alot of important stuff on it so i can't format to remove chrome... That bug happened to a partner of mine too. He can copy stuff, but he's still stuck with all those folders that he can't delete.

If someone can help me, please do so! I don't want to lose all of my works!

Thanks,
-Alex

More details

Do you know the operating system your school runs? Also would you or your partner know what website Chrome had visited before it crashed?

Try reinstalling Chrome Portable into the same folder as before, and if that doesn't work, you can always install another copy in a different folder on your flash drive, until we figure out what's wrong.

We run Windows 7, and I think the last site we visited was CISCO, because we had an exam coming and we had to check something.. Thanks for your help, hope we find out what's happening!

Extensions?

I forgot to mention this before, but it could be a funky extension that's doing causing the problem. Do you know what extensions you had, if any?

I also tried to reproduce the issue in Chrome, but by CISCO, I wasn't sure if you meant cisco.com or cisco.org. So I visited both of them and clicked through a couple dozen links on each of them, but I couldn't reproduce the error.

Can you try installing a fresh copy of Chrome Portable on your flash drive and visit the site again from the same computer?
