Since he is repackaging

Since he is repackaging Apache, mysql, etc, doesn't he need to provide the source? (My first choice would be xampp, so my question is somewhat academic).

I believe so, however

I think (can't remember) that the Apache license allows use in closed source projects.
XAMPP is already listed in the directory Wink
