Keepass 2.x requires the.NET framework which isnt available on enough PC to consider adding it to the portableapps.com lineup as mentioned here.

So, will it be unavailable forever?
I have no idea when it will be available. Its up to out lead developer Mr Haller.
I know that .NET apps are in planning but there is no timeframe for their release.

There are plans as the other poster stated to support .net apps, but due to the runtimes not being present by default on a significant number of computers they are not a high priority.
They just won't be as visible, perhaps not at all by default so to prevent them being installed by users not fully aware or understanding of the issues.
If at first you do not succeed, use more sticky tape.
We're waiting until we add .NET version reading from the apps to the platform so it knows what each app needs and version detection on the local PC so the platform can determine if the app will work or not. They won't be visible in the app directory by default, but we'll be including info for users to enable .NET app visibility with a simple checkbox. And they'll always work with the updater whether or not you have them visible in the app store. The functionality is coming in an upcoming 12.0 beta release.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
when will it be comming out
???

i'm not wierd, i'm just different
