What can you recommend how I can achieve that my keyboard layout to be portable and everywhere with me on my USB stick?

I did a quick search and found the Portable Keyboard Layout project at SourceForge. I know nothing about it, but give it a shot. If it turns out to be even remotely good, I'll see if I can make it a proper portable app (assuming it isn't already).
Edit: Well, apparently it's based on AutoHotKey so I'm not sure how it should be released if it does, but again, if it works, I can try to make a Dev Test of it.
Being AHK-based, it won't be eligible for official release, as both AHK and Auto-IT based apps trigger false positives with some regularity.
With that said, feel free to make a dev test anyhow.![Smile](https://portableapps.com/sites/all/modules/smiley/packs/kolobok/smile.gif)

Do you mean by antivirus software? Strange. And that's why it won't get released as a PortableApp. OK.![Sad](https://portableapps.com/sites/all/modules/smiley/packs/kolobok/sad.gif)
A significant percentage of antivirus apps will outright delete/quarantine AutoIT-based apps when you try to run them, making it unreliable as a portable app. This is because every AutoIT EXE is the same EXE with an encrypted script stuck to the end of it. I'm unsure about AHK, though, as I have not tested it myself. AutoIT is very popular with malware writers. AHK may not be.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
This is only a Colemak Layout. I would like one more flexible in the terms of the layouts you can choose.
Go to the Files tab and you can see everything related to the program. I noticed Dvorak and a bundle called "other layouts" in there. Plus, I think there's a way to make your own layouts.
