Noone has done the initial strings yet. This will allow the portable app launchers to be in Hebrew. I'll be posting translation strings for the Menu soon.

Of course. After doing the initial translation... if you'd like I can make you the temporary (or permanent) head of the Hebrew translation. I'm just happy to get help as I want the whole platform available in every possible language.

And, if you'd like to start working on a Menu locale file... the new beta supports localization of the menu via external files in test mode. I included an English example (for you to start from) and Swedish since Johan was kind enough to send it to me early.
