RVTools in PortableApps Format?

Hi,

I want to focus over RVTools. It's a great GNU VMware inventory app!

It could be helper if it can be used like a portable one.

I talked about with the author, and told me that we don't need more than extract all of the installation files, to make it portable, but it fails to me.

Could you check if it can be release a portable?
