Unfortunately I can't get hold of Steve or John to clarify how can I release it through the normal channel which would enable auto-update, however you can get the .paf file directly and install it by going to Apps->Install New App in the PA main menu.

Could you post a DIFF of the code from the current incarnation as well as the final bits for 3.1.1? I'll chat with Steve about getting you direct access to the Hg repository.

As for the Hg repo permissions - maybe we could simply point to my repo instead? I like Git more than Mercurial and would anyway use it for development, so keeping a Hg copy just for releases looks a bit like an overkill to me.
