Does not work after update
After updating to the latest version using PortableApps.com Updater, jPortable 32-bit (Version 7 update 40) and Google Chrome Portable (Version 30.0.1599.69), running Java in Chrome browser does no work anymore.
Before the update, there would be pop-up, asking for permission before running, now there is no pop-up or anything and Java does not run.
Any idea how to troubleshoot and fix this? Please advise.
PS: I also tried using Mozilla Firefox, Portable Edition (Version 24.0) and result is the same.

Hi John, thanks for your reply. I updated and is working fine now.
Am I correct to say this problem is caused by updated chrome blocks older plugin, preventing it to run?
I do also notice a tiny problem previously and even now after the update. When I first open chrome java work but when I restart and load the same java page, it'll give me a missing plugin error.
