No problems with Firefox 25.0 portable
I tested it for more than two hours.
No problems on Windows 7 (32 bit).
I use PStart 2.11 for portable applications.
My portable Firefox 25.0 uses the following
extensions:

the problem is loading pages, where it agrees more time, while on the same client by installing 24 version of firefox work properly.This happens via proxy. thou hast done tests setting not correct proxy?

NOT working - BEWARE
No proxy used. Straigh from the installer. v25 hangs on "connecting". Other browsers work on same machine.

It works just fine here on Windows XP SP3. No issues. Likely, you either have a misbehaving extension, a drive with some corruption or a profile issue of some sort. Please post a new topic in the Firefox Support forum with the full details including OS, full install path, new vs upgrade, etc.
