Where i can get this languages packages!?!
I need it for some friends in germany and czech republik
And how to install?

I'm going to post the .locale files for the 1.1 version in the next few days (simple INI files with entries for things like ICON_DOCUMENTS=Dokumente). Then the translators will work on em.
I'll be releasing an update of the patched launcher as a beta for folks to start testing this out this week. Once the translations for the major languages come in, I'll be releasing it as a 1.1 release with the translations included. I'm contacting the folks that volunteered for the different languages now and setting them up with translator accounts on the site.

I tried it like discibtion, i´ve found it here:

Problem: the download was ok, it is installed, too; but nothing more!?!
It is shown as enabled, but doesn´t work!
what´s wrong!?!
