Sorry for the delay. It will be posting shortly. Updates were a bit delayed due to the massive website update we were working on. And some additional GPG functionality we're adding to SeaMonkey Portable. You can follow along on progress and report outdated apps in the future in the outdated apps thread which you'll find in the website's Development section.

I take it the GPG for SeaMonkey Portable will be getting an update as well, in that case? Or updated instructions for using it, if not?

OT: Also, I take it the "edit" own post functionality is temporarily not available, due to the upgrade?
Yes, I added a new mode to both Thunderbird Portable and SeaMonkey Portable.
And I've fixed the edit own comment permission. It somehow got lost in the Drupal upgrade.
