Am I missing something here?
Is there any other point of installing the PortableApps Platform to the Google Drive Sync folder other than to have a BackUp that you can download?
I am not seeing how to make the apps open & run from Google Drive. I just get a message that there is no preview of the EXE for the PortableApp that I try to open.

The point is both to have an always up to date backup and to be able to sync between multiple computers... like your desktop and laptop. Google Drive's web UI in your browser doesn't let you run Windows apps.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
