Application: PCI-Z
Category: Utilities
Description: PCI-Z is a freeware lightweight system utility designed to provide information about (unknown) PCI (PCI-E, PCI-X...) devices and helps you find appropriate device drivers.
PCI-Z is designed for detecting unknown hardware on your Windows based PC. It will help you determine vendor, device and certain details about device even if you don't have drivers installed. Software uses The PCI ID Repository, a public repository of all known ID's used in PCI devices: ID's of vendors, devices, subsystems and device classes. It is used in various programs (e.g. The PCI Utilities) to display full human-readable names instead of cryptic numeric codes.

Release Notes:
Development Test 1 (2014-03-21): Initial release
I looked in your Dev Test and found some things. Because I am to lazy to write it down here in detail, I created an GitHub repository. I made an commit with all the changes I would make. [Click]
And if the DefaultData folder is empty you don't need one.
You can either download the repository as an .zip or do the changes yourself.
If you have any questions about it let me know.
I took this project over. The new thread is over here.
