I tried downloading utorrent portable and it kept saying some sort of error..... 
Could you please fix it?

Did you mean downloading the installer from https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/utorrent_portable ? Or were you trying to do the install?
Just downloaded the installer, no errors and MD5 verified. Did install and that worked OK.
What were you doing and what error did you get?
Note: the next version is being built https://portableapps.com/development/outdated
PortableApps platform -> get more apps -> utorrent portable -> downloaded -> installed but it displayed some sort of error....
Can you fix it?
Or is it some problem with my computer?

Sort of error did it display, as often the displayed error would clue us into what the issue was.

OK tried from the platform and I got no errors for installation. When tried to run uTorrent did get a Windows Security Alert that some features would be blocked and require administrator to configure to allow those features. That however is a Windows configuration problem not a problem with the PortableApps packaging of uTorrent.
Need a more detailed explanation of the "error" you are receiving.
I guess it was a problem with my computer; now it's working fine....
