The Still version is now 5.26 at https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/; 5.25 shows at
https://portableapps.com/apps/office/libreoffice_portable
At https://sourceforge.net/projects/portableapps/files/Fonts/ the recent fonts are for 5.26; 5.31
is not there yet.

The latest fonts available were the 5.3.0 version. 5.3.1 is now uploaded and will be available in about 10 minutes or so. Thanks for letting us know.
