Can someone update the portable app?

Please see the Outdated Official Portable Applications thread.
It is listed down near the bottom of the page as having unstable builds since 4.2.1, and us only releasing on request from the publisher.
Either this is still the case, or potentially the publisher may have forgotten to inform us if there have been any stable builds.
After more than 2 years, in Feb 2017, there was finally a new stable version released.
It's labeled 5.0-r1-gtk3 (64 bit) and 5.0-r1-gtk2 (32 bit).
It'd be great if there was a portable version of RT 5.0!
RawTherapee 5.1 was recently released.
