Sorry for my bad english, so I've capture screen for report problem.
Windows 7 (64 bits), French (no problem with English), Toucan 3.1.5 (same with all 3.1.x, but no problem with 3.0.4).

It appears you're referring to the untranslated strings, is that correct?

alt will, I'm sure, gladly accept help in translating any strings necessary.
However, this is not a bug as the strings exist, they just aren't translated yet.

The "skipped" lines not appear in english version ( no operation require on file)!

Ok, I see what you mean now. That does indeed sound like a bug, unless the functionality has changed.
It's a bug, beacuse it's fine in English, no "skipped" appear, but well with line "Deleted" and "Copied " for each files if necessary, white lines in French.

Try replacing X:PortableApps\Toucan\App\Toucan\lang\fr.mo and X:\PortableApps\Toucan\App\Toucan\lang\fr.po with these files, and see if that fixes the problem. If that fixes it, it was a matter of the word "fuzzy" not having been removed in the translation.

2 problems:
- lines with "copied" (same for "deleted") are invisible in French, but not in English (text in white?)
- in English and in French, a line "skipped" for each file does not require operation, even with "preview only changes" option! => Toucan crash when I sync many many files (mostly outside the tests). Window frozen, round in place of cursor, process does not respond. Please, remove the "skipped" information of UI (or an option that works for it).

Ok, thanks for reporting and clarifying this. I've created two records on GitHub to track these and I'd really encourage you and everyone else to go straight there for reporting bugs or asking for enhancements, as it makes it so much easier to track when something new pops up (even when I'm away from the computer, using just a phone).

For general discussions and questions the forum is suited better though. But with all due respect, the forum engine doesn't make it easy to follow as there's no way to subscribe to a section (e.g. "Toucan" we are in right now), only to specific, already existing threads. And that means I have to go to the forum each time I want to check if there are any new topics. And one the phone the experience is subpar, so normal computer is the only option. That means I won't be able to check it/reply that often, but I'll do my best to keep up.

I will come back in the next hours / days with a test with at least one extra file in the destination folder. I have a doubt about the exact term in English between "deleted" and "removed" used in the sync part, because both exist in the software, and I use the English version only to test the bugs that I meet in French. And I did not update all my bug knowledge from an older version in 3.1.x. The "skipped" were not there, I think, so I have to update the report for deleting (and indirectly replacing) files.
That said, the problem is maybe for all the info terms used throughout the software. I only use mirroring

Update of the file deletion bug: it is "removed" and not "deleted" for the mirroring, sorry.
Problem not noted, because less important: the last 2 lines for the "elapsed" time and the mention "finished" do not appear in French. But the lines exist because there is the end time. Not this problem, either, with 3.0.4.

... Not to mention that with more than 180,000 files to sync, I just want to know the changes, otherwise it's downright unreadable in information!

This dumbfounding design decision makes the log file completely useless, and since as far as I'm concerned the log is essential to ensure that the backup is successful, it makes the whole software unusable as well.
For this reason, I've also been sticking to v3.0.4.
