Message PA.c Users

I think there should be a way for one member to message another member; like in a private message.

I'd like to talk to a fellow member of this community but it doesn't concern the public and most members do not have contact information in their profiles.

I think this could be useful considering a lot of threads have been going off-topic because of personal issues and this would be a prefect way for people to discuss private matters without doing it on this public forum.

Just an idea.
