When will VLC be updated? Version 3.0.0 is available since the beginning of February and works perfectly. Is there any reason for this very "curious" and "symptomatic" delay?

Can I suggest something else? Finish the packaging of BlueGriffon to be able to work with HTML 5, Kompozer has not been updated since 2010-03-11 and it did not have that capability.
