PortableApps.com Development Toolkit is signaled as [Outdated]. So will you consider not recommending it?
As for 2.4, can you update it to use secure links for this website? I mean the links in AppNamePortable\help.html
It also misses a lot of files like AppNamePortable\App\AppInfo\Launcher\splash.jpg

I updated the page to only reference PAT as that's what we recommend. I didn't realize it was directly linked before so I changed it to link to the Development page where the current version will always be linked. Not sure what you mean by splash being missing. The links will be updated at some point to https.

I believe you meant 3.4.1, not 2.4.1. So imagine how old was the 2.4 link which you've just fixed.
I meant that in the 2.4 ZIP file there wasn't even an AppNamePortable\App\launcher folder, so certainly no AppNamePortable\App\launcher\splash.jpg. The 3.4.1 ZIP file does have it plus a lot more previously missing files and folders.
