Change Theme
Could you please change the theme and theme color to see where the issue is? You can click on the gear icon on the right to bring up the options.

Problem in Ukrainian language
When i change language from ukrainian to English, problem is gone

Strange
That's strange. Ukranian works fine on my Windows 10 x64 Pro system here in the PA.c Platform 15.0.2. What's your OS, bit depth, install path, and OS language? Have you tried a fresh install to your Desktop directory just to try and see if a new install has the issue?

Everything but English?
So, on your system, everything except English appears blank? How about Spanish? Or EnglishGB?
