When i change language from ukrainian to English, problem is gone
That's strange. Ukranian works fine on my Windows 10 x64 Pro system here in the PA.c Platform 15.0.2. What's your OS, bit depth, install path, and OS language? Have you tried a fresh install to your Desktop directory just to try and see if a new install has the issue?

So, on your system, everything except English appears blank? How about Spanish? Or EnglishGB?
