Open new windows if firefox portable gets started twice

Hello,

I like to change the behaviour of the firefox portable launcher to open a new window if I execute the launcher twice. Currently it shows a dialog with the options to force close firefox to open a new window or to cancel. This would be very helpful.

EDIT: If it matters, I set AllowMultipleInstances=true (not sure if it is the limitation described here: https://portableapps.com/node/27019)

Thank you!

Multiple Instances

When Firefox is set to allow multiple instances via the -no-remote directive, you can not launch additional Windows or open URLs from other apps. This is a limitation of Firefox itself and not something we can control.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Currently it shows the dialog

Currently it shows the dialog that asks if you want to close the firefox instance.
Is there a way to achive the following two different options with some command line parameters?
1. just bring the corresponding firefox window to the front instead of bringing it to front and showing the dialog (like canceling the dialog)
2. close the instance of firefox and open the requested page in a new instance (like choosing the close firefox option of the dialog)
