Add checkboxes to always silently update apps and to automatically close PA updater if updated in UI mode

Was not able to find request so writing it down here, merge it if needed.
One of the most annoying things in Platform - is too many unneeded confirmations.
For ex. I need to click all the time to update all apps (never skipping updates) and then check that they are updated and specifically click "Finish" on an empty screen.
Will be great to introduce completely silent updates or at least remove unneeded confirmation to close the updater.
Solution could be in one or 2 checkboxes.
In updater it could be checkbox "Automatically close updater after finish", in Platform: "silently update all installed apps while on Wi-Fi"

Somewhat Possible

The reason it's not fully silent is so that users will know what apps are being updated and can select one way or another. Automatically closing on finish is likely in a future update. Automatically update while on WIFI is unlikely as WiFi doesn't mean not metered. I use WiFi to my phone and while I've manually set this as a metered connection for this WiFi network, the majority of users don't know how.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

About Wi-Fi/Wired/metered -

About Wi-Fi/Wired/metered - yes - this is to be turned off by default, if someone (like me for ex, I'm using apps on both standalone desktop and on tablet) needs it - can turn on.

About closing automatically - this is probably should be by default. What I've found that updater if remains on background - blocks Windows restart even if on last page, which is a bit weird since Windows sends message to close, but app does not recognize "Alt+F4" same as Finish.
