I recently found that several apps don't start anymore, for example
- Avidemux 2.7.4-5 (nothing happens, not even the splash screen appears)
- Audacity 2.3.3 (splash screen appears, after that nothing happens)
I'm not sure if it's a common bug or individual bugs of the apps.
Running with Admin-Rights doesn't work either.
No hints in PortableAppsPlatform.log or in Windows event log.
No running tasks in task manager.
I use Window 7 Pro 64 bit Build 7601. Installpath: D:\PortableApps (Version 16.0.3), 15 GB free space (on PC and laptop!)
I'm not sure when this happened, because I regulary update the apps, but don't check/start all updated apps.

Try fresh install (So a location that AvidemuxPortable and AudacityPortable dosn't exist). And maybe you data or app folder are broken?
You can use a process manager like Process Hacker if you want to know what happen in the background when nothing is happening on your side.
