[Fixed] Add support for Ghostscript Portable to Sumatra PDF Portable

As reported here, Sumatra PDF Portable can have support for Postscript files if Ghostscript is found.
I've added the capability to do this to the AppConfigs repository, but will leave this bug open for tracking.

Working great

Working great, I've tried every PS files I have and files from https://people.sc.fsu.edu/~jburkardt/data/ps/ps.html and no issues at all.
Thank you very much
