As reported here, Sumatra PDF Portable can have support for Postscript files if Ghostscript is found.
I've added the capability to do this to the AppConfigs repository, but will leave this bug open for tracking.

[Fixed] Add support for Ghostscript Portable to Sumatra PDF Portable
Sumatra PDF Portable still does not have support for Postscript files also it dropped support for Windows XP (https://www.sumatrapdfreader.org/docs/Version-history.html)
samples for PS files: https://people.sc.fsu.edu/~jburkardt/data/ps/ps.html
Would you please try this test build to ensure that GhostScript is working as expected?

Thank you very much
