Be Patient

The short answer to your question is, never. The next release of Thunderbird that PortableApps will be making is for version 68.8.0.

You can see apps that are currently being built listed on this page: https://portableapps.com/development/outdated People should regularly check that page if they are looking for information on if an app is due for a future update.

Use Portable Apps on both Flash Drive and HDD/SSD.
