scrcpy is a free and open-source screen mirroring application
https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy
that allows control of an Android device from a Windows, macOS, or Linux desktop computer.
This application provides display and control of Android devices connected on USB (or over TCP/IP).
The software is developed by Genymobile
I take a quick look at the GitHub page and it seems already portable?
It is a bit ambiguous, but I read that line as nothing left behind on the Android device, not the computer from which you run it.
The only leftover is
.androidfolder set byadb.exe, not the real app itself. Also phone driver may be automatically installed (when connecting using cable) by Windows. App is pretty cool by the way, I can use mouse and keyboard to control the phone directly (feels like using an Android emulator).
