I take a quick look at the GitHub page and it seems already portable?
It is a bit ambiguous, but I read that line as nothing left behind on the Android device, not the computer from which you run it.
The only leftover is
.android
folder set byadb.exe
, not the real app itself. Also phone driver may be automatically installed (when connecting using cable) by Windows. App is pretty cool by the way, I can use mouse and keyboard to control the phone directly (feels like using an Android emulator).
