Shotcut Portable has been released. It's a full-featured video editor packaged as a portable app so you can edit videos on the go. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. And it's open source and completely free.

Thanks for your work on this, mwayne. I made a couple fixes to the package. It no longer holds the Qt key as it could result in data loss in other Qt apps run at the same time. I added quotes to the passed Data path otherwise it didn't work in paths with spaces. I added a default projects directory to the user's Video path so they don't accidentally place them elsewhere. I also have the translations moved between the 32-bit and 64-bit paths to save 11MB of space.
