Those are errors on two separate servers. Our download server on digital ocean and your local SourceForge mirror. So it's not just something on our end.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Is there possible to add an option to choose the mirror? Or auto retries other mirrors if fails. Because I can download them manually from SF.

The closed source apps like the Wise apps in your error aren't from SourceForge. They're from our own download server at Digital Ocean which isn't connected to SourceForge at all (so it was unaffected by their recent outage). If you're still unable to download, it's likely your antivirus on your PC or a firewall is interfering.

But why can I download it from the browser through the link below?

I can even use the updater's links to download it by my browser. Why the updater can't?

It seems this problem only happens on the updater. Is there any solution for the updater?

The updater uses Windows' internet components to do the download, which are entirely separate from the browser you're using. To test it, you must use Internet Explorer (not Edge, Firefox, Chrome, etc). Most likely you either have something mis-configured or your antivirus is only scanning download via Windows' components.

I had tried to use the URL shown in the error message on IE.
https://portableapps.com/redirect/?s=p&a=CrystalDiskMarkPortable&d=sfpa&...
It will redirect to the SF download page.
But the IE will show an error code: INET_E_CONNECTION_TIMEOUT.
It looks like the auto detect mirror function doesn't stable.
But if I choose another mirror myself, I can download it without error.
I still strongly recommend you to add an option for the updater to switch the mirror for download.
Or maybe you can add "d=pa" as an auto fallback if "d=sfpa" fails.
PS. After 1 month, I can update the apps that I said in this post before but only left this new one. But I did nothing to the system config. That should poof this is not my local problem.

As mentioned above, SourceForge has had issues on and off for the last month as well. Please let me know what version off Windows you have, 32 vs 64-bit, whether it is fully patched, what version of IE it has, and what your full install path is. Also, which app you are still unable to download (is it CrystalDiskInfo?). I'll try to recreate it here.

Win10 1809 Build 17763.1282
IE 11.1282.17763.0 with KB4561603 (11.0.195)
Platform install at OneDriver (User folder)
Yes, CrystalDiskInfo. But I can download it just now...
In fact, not just last month, this problem was annoyed me for years. I think SourceForge's mirrors have some problems in some special countries, but the auto detects not work perfectly too.
